In addition to your legal cancellation right described in the Terms and Conditions, HIP Campers offers you the right to return goods purchased in the HIP Campers online shop free of charge. You may return goods within 14 days from delivery, provided the goods are complete, unused and undamaged.

How to return

Please use the return label provided by us and hand in your parcel at the respective carrier. If you don’t have a return label, please contact our customer service via the online form or by email. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline. Once we have received the good, you will be reimbursed within 14 days of us receiving the goods. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Your statutory rights, in particular in case of any defects of the purchased products and your legal cancellation right, remain unaffected by this voluntary return policy.

Exchanges

It is not possible to exchange your purchased styles for technical reasons. Please, place a new order on shop.hipcampers.com.
